Description:
Uploading a siard 1.0 file the following error occurs:
GenericException: Invalid Oracle URL specified caused by ModuleException

Steps required to reproduce the bug:

  1. upload the file
  2. Choose DBMS Oracle
  3. Click "Test Connection" --> Connection to undefined database established with success
  4. Click "Export" --> Invalid Oracle url specified
