Metadata update failed #325

Description:

We are a french public archive institut and we are testing the free version of your software, to convert mdb file to siard. While adding descriptive metadata, we can't save the siard file. We have this message :
DBPTK_error

Context:

  • DBPTK Desktop: Operative System name and version : DBPTK Desktop Version 2.5.10

  • DBPTK Enterprise: Browser name and version (Internet explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc)

Steps required to reproduce the bug:

  1. We have opened an mdb file
  2. We converted into the siard file
  3. We tried to update the metadata
  4. we can't save the metadata (cf : message error)

Attach any related screenshots below.

Attach any relevant logs below.

Find DBPTK Desktop logs at Help -> Logs menu.
Find DBPTK Enterprise logs with docker logs command.

its seems you are using a remote Windows share mapped as a network drive, and Java is reporting it cannot find the D:\ filesystem. Maybe is a network problem, or a Java problem dealing with network drives, so I recommend you copy the content to the local drive and try again.
