Are two buttons and rotary using the same logic?

I have a modified gotek with the latest firmware.
I have many disk images, I want to use htu option in the FF.CFG.

When I set this, two buttons works as expected but rotary also works in +10 mode. Are the buttons and the rotary the same thing.
I want that button do skip fast, but I can go back and forth with the rotary.

LButton +10 right button+1 , rotary -1 and +1. Is this setup possible?
