Chore Description

When tests are resolved and openedge-project.json is present we include only files which appear in the propath. This does not currently look at the exclusions, but it should.

Workaround: use the ablunit.files.exclude setting to ignore the excluded files.

Fixing this ensures there is no need to duplicate configuration.
