Does this integration work for Litmus 2.0 Beta?

Hi @saiyam1814 , I am afraid not yet. We are working on it to make it work. Would you have any specific requirements?

I was planning a CI/CD integrated chaos test using Litmus as Demo
Since 2.0 is the future for Litmus so was thinking if something can be done

got it!
I believe supporting 2.0 should not be a big of a deal for this Keptn integration, however, we don't have any experience/testing yet.
But thanks for the push - we are definitely want to make this work.

@ksatchit do you think some major changes have to be made for this integration or is the change more on the Litmus/installation side?

So if this works, I might push this demo for Kubecon ;)

Hey @saiyam1814 the Keptn integration is focused on creation of the chaosengine - something that will continue to be part (and a core construct) of Litmus 2.0 as well. We will be upgrading the litmus versions in the example once we push 2.0 out (it currently uses the latest version on 1.x - 1.13.2).

Having said that, the integration still doesn't support chaos workflows OR portal api-driven execution of chaos for now - so the chaos executed via keptn is still not going to be visible on the portal yet. This needs a bit more work on the litmus side as well - but we do hope to get it working soon (a demo in kubecon definitely adds to the motivation)!

Hi @saiyam1814 when would you plan to do this demo? I know that KubeCon recordings are due by end of this week. But if you allow a bit more time we could probably work on an upgrade for Litmus 2.0. :)

got it - I am afraid until then you have to stick with the current release of the integration as we are also working on preparing this for KubeCon. But I am happy to follow up and upgrade it
