Can toolkit hook into CronJobs?

CronJobs are usually critical tasks like nightly backups or data loads.

I would argue that CronJobs are subject to largely the same considerations as Deployments namely prechecks (to ensure all infra is ready), post checks (to ensure the CronJob did what is was supposed to and alert me if a job failed).
