For some reason, I have duplicated cameras that goes offline, but one is online. I Tried to manually delete those offline cameras, but is not working.

you might need to set the AGENT_KEY value, so the Kerberos Agent is persistent. We might have a look what stops the Kerberos Vault to remove the Kerberos Agent.
