next(get_posts(group='BLABLALA')) should do it. Your code will never send a message though, as you can't compare a string with a datetime like that. I think something like this would work better:

        age = (datetime.now() - latest_post["time"]).seconds

        print("Temporarily banned, sleeping for 10m")
        time.sleep(600)
