Add built-in contact form

Description

I would like it to be easier for visitors who are viewing the website to be able to contact me by leaving their name, email and phone number (optional).

This solution would ideally use netlify forms: https://www.netlify.com/products/forms/

Acceptance Criteria

• After the Interests section there is a Contact Me form
• Form consists of name, email, phone number (optional) and message
• There should be some way of preventing users to spam this feature
