Can't seek to previous subtitle when using 2 subtitles (local)

Hi, the video that I uploaded with two subtitles refuses to seek to the previous subtitle continuously when I click 'left'. I tried changing the key shortcut to 'down' because I thought it might have been a key issue but it's the same thing. Seek to the next subtitle is working normally.
I'm using Chrome and I don't have this issue when I only upload one subtitle. When it's two subtitles loaded at the same time is when I can't seek to the previous subtitle, and the video just repeats the same subtitle over and over. Sometimes it can go two or three subtitles backwards but it always reaches a point where it can't seek back anymore.
