Screenshot delay when playing local files

Hi, everytime I play a video using local video and make a card based on the video, the screenshot is almost always late by a few seconds. I've tried setting the screenshot delay on the setting by 0, and even adjust the scene playing to what I intend to. Yet, it almost always have a delay. I use Chrome with asbplayer extension. Thanks.
