Hi how do I run pepper in singularity where I specify the privileges so that it can also make dirs? I installed singularity in a seperate virtual env. and then pulled pepper via docker like specified. However now I get this error:
mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/lustre’: Read-only file system
How do I change this?
Kind regards
