不好意思大佬，现在才看到。可以，按照你的方法改了以后恢复正常。我还可以更改以下这三组数值吗？更改的大概范围是多少？还有个疑问，我的adguardhome(占用的53端口）是先在爱快docker里面建立的，后建立的paopaodns，直接就把paopaodns设置为上游dns，这个设置是否合理？我能否把adguard home 的BootStrap DNS 服务器地址设置为127.0.0.1。谢谢大佬解答。

unbound_custom.conf可以删掉了，用最新版本镜像试试。
不知道你描述的后建立是什么意思，如果是独立的两个不同的容器，127.0.0.1并没有什么意义，如果你把paopaodns的IP设置为上游DNS并不需要BootStrap DNS，因为上游DNS不是域名。
