Add 'Connect to Wallet' Button to top of Curate

The current implementation of the Web3 sign-in on Curate and other dApp frontends automatically initiates wallet sign-in the moment it reaches the site. It is more user friendly to add a 'sign-in to wallet' button, so users can chose when they want to sign in, and prevents multiple tabs opening Curate or other dApps on different chains from constantly prompting the user to switch chains.
