Adding Subscribers using Form + API

I'm not ultra technical so help would be greatly appreciated.

I created a form on a Hugo website and connected it to my Listmonk instance.

After trying about 10 different permutations and combinations, it still doesn't seem to work.

I have removed all sensitive information. I don't understand if UUID is alone sufficient in a form or if I also need a list ID.

Help is appreciated, spent a solid 3 hours on this. Made some progress but still stuck.

Hi @tristam15. There is no list_uuid, form_uuid etc. params in listmonk. Please use the admin UI to generate ready-to-copy-paste form code using Admin -> Lists -> Form
