Seeking your help with the receipt of purchase

I hope all is well with you. I am reaching out to seek your help with receiving a receipt for my purchase of KHCoder 3.
On Aug. 23rd, with my school accounting specialist, Ms. Sulollari at Florida State University, I have purchased KHCoder 3 for Mac (https://khcoder.net/en/mac_com.html) but did not receive an receipt. Since we purchased this product using the school credit card, we would like to have a copy of receipt. Could you help me with this issue? I think the card information would say "Shpreas Sulollari" and processed date on August 23 or 24th due to the time difference between between the U.S and Japan.

I tried to reach out to Gumroad but could not find their email or other contact information.
I'd really appreciate it if you could help me with this issue.
