While shotweb correctly produces thumbnails for e.g. .mts video files, the backend player does not play those. Need automatic conversion, either on the fly or with a separate server process that can do things in the background. Would also help to produce low-bandwidth videos automatically.

Currently converts videos to HLS automatically but the UI is still clunky and incomplete.
