Not sure what "activities" are good for. Anybody knows ?

Call, Meeting, Lunch (lunch ??) is all that I can schedule, And I can't add new types, they are hardcoded into the software.

What if I wanted to send an email ? Or an invitation ? Or a birthday greeting ? Don't even think about repetitive dates.

Also, some activities are due (plus or minus) on a date, not a date+time. I just want to write an email on Monday, 24th of December. But 25th is fine as well.

And the notion of 'The "To" must be after "From"' on the activity form is just a programmers view on how life works : I don't write a birthday message from 09:00 to 09.03 - I mean, yes I can schedule that, but how silly does this get ?

Where a full-fledged CRM like SugarCRM is just too much, Laravel-CRM is a little too little. Anybody has some experience how to deal with sales tasks in real world application ?

Geez, I miss my XRMS where nothing was obligatory, everything was optional, and it was good human sense that dictated what to enter as data.

Hi there,
As of now there is no option for create a new activity type. And for birthday greeting emails you can create a email-template and use it while sending email. and if you want to create workflow for auto birthday email then you need to customize the code.
