Whether the TOF output can be aligned with RGB？

Hi, I want to use this 8x8 TOF to align the RGB. Does TOF have an internal reference matrix?

I don't quite understand what you mean by "to align the RGB". I believe the VL53 has an internal "pixel" map and that these "pixels" can be arranged in groups, etc. Please consult the data sheet for details.
