Describe the bug
The links for Otel docs Semantic Conventions are broken.

This is the correct link: https://github.com/open-telemetry/semantic-conventions/blob/main/docs/README.md

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Trace Tab'
  2. Click on 'Attributes'
  3. Scroll down to '`tracetest.span.type'
  4. See "(i)" icon
  5. Click "Otel trace semantic conventions"
  6. See broken link

Expected behavior
Link to This is the correct link: https://github.com/open-telemetry/semantic-conventions/blob/main/docs/README.md
