Add Sonarr tag regardless of network

Describe the problem
I currently have an anime tag in Sonarr that uses preferred words to re-download a show when a dubbed/dual audio release occurs. This allows the subbed version to download when it is released, and later if there is a dub released, redownload the dual-audio version. Currently Traktarr will only apply a tag if you list networks. I would like to run traktarr with a separate config file just for anime that can add that tag without me having to go through and constantly update a revolving list of networks.

Describe any solutions you think might work
An environment option to add Sonarr tag without requiring a list of networks so that it adds the tag for every series added via that traktarr config file.
