I saw this previous PR, but my login is still failing!

Starting import
Got tokens
2FA Code: 335716
Logged in
Uh oh! Error: Login error: could not get emoji upload crumb for https://0xproject.slack.com

We use 2FA. :( Anything I'm missing? I just did npm install -g and ran the command.

We've got Google SSO enabled, and, also seeing the same error.

Also still failing, Windows 10, node 12.3.1.

Same thing on MacOS 10.14, node 8.0.0
