Some of the macros we define for our user manual don't work with the current version of Asciidoc.

Partially fixed by changeset 3297332

The DocBook backends still don't work, but that appears to be a problem with the current version of asciidoc. We can proceed using the one backend that works, so I'm downgrading the priority and changing the milestone.

The nightly build of the user manual is now being done on Larceny's primary machine and is being made available at the same web site that reports the nightly builds.
