Separate list for general international filters?

Seems like there's a few filters that everyone could use regardless of what websites they use like ||applicationinsights.azure.com/*track and more.
Maybe those could be in a separate general anti-tracking list? You should then include that in the Swedish list of course.

Just seems like a waste to have these useful filters in a list that most people wouldn't even look at because they don't use Swedish websites.

Just a thought I had, maybe it's a hassle but I thought I'd ask.
