Failure to run SQLite introspection queries

SQLite provides introspection information via virtual table valued functions pragma_xxx. When trying to execute such a query, sqlx throws an error:

error: error returned from database: (code: 1) no such table column: pragma_module_list.rowid

 let recs = sqlx::query!(
     r#"
         SELECT rowid AS id, name
         FROM pragma_module_list()
         ORDER BY id
     "#
 );

Update: I came up with this workaround.
