Service desk and change management

Web application intended for IT companies and their clients, which combines the ITIL change management process and one of the most important ITIL functionalities - service desk. Service desk workers can answer customer questions and react in case of problems or incidents. If it is a more serious problem, it is forwarded to the developers and the change manager, who can record work on each of the individual changes.
