xmlrpc.client.ProtocolError: <ProtocolError for pypi.python.org/pypi: 403 Must access using HTTPS instead of HTTP>

I see the 403 error too, though mine just says "403 Forbidden".

Mhh, actually in 2021 it seems to work.
