- Added GraphX implementation of algorithms.

- Reverted Giraph implementation to MapReduce-based implementation, available through Maven.
- Refactored Giraph implementation:
- Cleaned up codebase with respect to code duplication.
- Removed MapReduce jobs for preprocessing.
- Updated documentation of Giraph and MapReduce implementations.
