The ability to swim saves lives

It would be nice if the colonists learned to sail in boats, it could be done as a university study. This guy had a lot of examples, for example:
1)Residents would be less likely to drown when crossing rivers
2)It could be done so that fishermen can fish in these boats
3) It's cool mechanics.
You already have the mechanics of riding trolleys, and it seems to me that with your experience, it won't take much effort to do this mechanic (But it's not accurate)😀😀
