There is no option to drag and drop files on Windows 11. However, if you copy a file using Ctrl+C and paste it into the chat using Ctrl+V, it works. This functionality works perfectly in the browser version of ChatGPT. It’s very inconvenient; I kindly ask you to fix this or add this feature, please!
