Shiny - reformat Hobo - fails on a particular file #135

Describe the bug
Works fine for some files but not others.

Shinyapps.io - 2 - formatHobo.

To Reproduce

Data Preparation
Hoboware Reformat

Expected behavior
Should work regardless of "-" delimiter in date and have pull down for YMD and DMY.

Additional context
Works when run shiny on PC (Windows).

Replaced "/" with "-" and still didn't work on shinyapps.io

Same file fails regardless of YMD vs. MDY or "-" vs. "/"
