PeriodStats - plots, y-axis

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Standardize y-axis between time periods. AND have min and max, not just mean encompassed on each plot.

Describe the solution you'd like
Have all plots the same y-axis and show all data.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Some plots have very different axes that zoom in on the data. The intent is to show differences between time periods and that gets lost with the different scales.
