feature request: allow --precompress in configuration

Hi leptocians lover,

Could you add a configuration in Cargo.toml and in environment to allow us to --precompress files ? In leptos v0.7, leptos_axum has an implemente function to return static files from /public repository and now in leptos template, ServeDir function also return --precompress files if exists.
