Use the Team Services SDK for Java instead of the .Net object model #43

https://github.com/Microsoft/team-explorer-everywhere includes the SDK (not sure why it's all lumped together)

This would make the plug-in compatible with non-Windows installations too. #25 would also be good, but only address it for the Windows installations

I have no experience with the mentioned package. I'm looking forward to a PR that we can test it with.
