Nice client but options are a tad confusing & where is Bitfinex? Option to hide other BTC-USD exchanges like Binance/Bitstamp needed.

Great app! Just had suggestions for an otherwise great client:

0. Bitfinex only shows data on a short range of about <$200, whereas GDAX shows a lot more. Not sure how to fix that.
1. Since the markets follow Bitfinex largely - Bitfinex needs to be in here. Bitstamp and Binance are nowhere near as important as Bitfinex & GDAX.
2. Toggle which exchanges show up on this. Binance/Bitstamp take up too much screen space. Perhaps offer split mode/vertical and horizontal or separate windows.
3. 2 - is BTC-ETH, not BTC-EUR
4. A little more explanation on the commands below & what suggested settings are. The keyboard shortcuts are confusing, & not sure what the "best" settings for say 1hr/4hr/1day. Perhaps show a built-in help menu.
5. Change "j/k to change the volume chunks brightness (MaxSizeHisto)" to +/- (+ is brighter and - is darker). This would be more intuitive.
6. Defaults key to reset it to optimal/factory settings say "d"
7. How to permanently set commands flags that you mentioned like " -platforms string
   active platforms (default "gdax-bitstamp-binance")". I inputted, "gdax-bookmap.app/Contents/MacOS/gdax-bookmap -platforms "gdax-bitfinex" in terminal, but not sure how to make it stick. Although for now, bitfinex doesn't apparently work so kind of moot.
