I don't understand the (-1)* strain number in the figure. What does it mean? Thank you for answering my question.

Hi, thanks for using VirStrain!

Sorry for the confusion. (-1)* strain number in the figure indicates that how many strains share that SNV. For example, if the value is -50, and the depth value is 100, then it means the SNV shared by 50 strains and the SNV frequency is 100.
