That's what I see on firefox using with help.start() and the I get the same thing within RStudio. We find lines of codes (from examples?) in the index entries.
I think that in the roxygen doc of logLikelihoodFun.NoiseKriging file NoiseKrigingClass.R the @examples keyword is missing which ruins the building of the .Rd file
