Trending and suggested videos have low resolution thumbnails

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Home tab

Or:

1. Open a video
2. Scroll down until you see suggested videos

Expected behavior

Trending and suggested videos should have high resolution thumbnails

Actual behavior

Trending and suggested videos have low resolution thumbnails

Probably related to #1061, but thumbnails of videos from the subscriptions are fine

I will refrain from implementing a work-around without API support as this might cause instability, but there's currently a PR at the NewPipeExtractor (TeamNewPipe/NewPipeExtractor#889) to allow using different qualities, hopefully they'll merge that one soon!
