What steps will reproduce the problem?

A helpful error message. There is no form numbered 1 at /Users/hornenj/perl5/perlbrew/perls/perl-5.16.3/lib/site_perl/5.16.3/WWW/Mechanize.pm line 1900, <DATA> line 165.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.72.  MacOS/X
Please provide any additional information below.

I understand the message and why I get it, the problem is that I talk to 5 different URLs and I don't know which is failing and when in the loop.  So, please would you enhance the message to give the URL, something like:

'There is no form numbered 1 on http://www.example.com at..."

This should be of type 'enhancement', but I can't see a way of changing the type :-(
