Visual Studio 2012 and newer already have that, with no extension required. It's called Quick Launch. Hit Ctrl+Q and start typing. |

This is a great extension. But it should be possible to have it to react to written commands, because I do not wan't to disturb other developers.
When hitting some different key combination like Alt+F2, it should open a window with a text box and auto-complete suggestions; similar to Ubuntu's HUD, Gnome-Do, or Synapse.
