[Question] Title in 2nd column

For design purposes the page title (h1) should be inside
the 2nd column of the 1st (and only) Mesh section of a page.

I can assign a Mesh column a title, but it is a h3 title not a h1 title.
So either the h3 title tag has to be changed to h1 or
the page header has to be (somehow) injected into 2nd Mesh column by theme code.
Because for this kind of design a template is offered by the theme, I find
injecting the page header into a Mesh column more elegant and semantical.

Btw.: This plugin really helped me with more complex themes,
it allows also the user to edit the section intuitively while still leaving control to the theme.
I also want to lock the number of Mesh sections and columns for specific templates from a theme.

Template "Locking" is something I've been thinking about for a while now but I need to get some other stuff in place first.
