[FEAT] Update method for getting speedtest server id's

Wanted change

Update the documentation and unraid template to use the link https://c.speedtest.net/speedtest-servers-static.php to get the server list instead of the docker exec command.

Reason for change

Its much easier to use the link than run a docker exec command for a docker that you don't have yet.
