We’ll start the system with a 5% fee and use the regular decay. This way:

We don’t have custom code that is used during a short period and then discarded, nor features that kick in after deployment.
We make sure the peg can’t go below 0.95

Reopening because now the decay is too fast for the bootstrap period, it needs to be reviewed.
