Alpha Release of Paddle Demo! (x86_64/Linux/x11)

First alpha release of the Paddle Demo.

This is designed solely to to help us accelerate our cadence with the Serpent Game Framework.
Release notes, when published, will be synced here.

Currently we're only supporting x86_64 Linux/X11 with the binary release attached.
