Importing Authorizations CSV via Commandline?

Hi Team,

Thank you for this wonderful project.

For the 'Community edition', is there some way to import the authorizations CSV, not from the UI but via some commandline?
This would be different from the powershell script feature of the 'Enterprise edition', in that I'm not calling a script from the Access Manager, but rather, using some commands to perform certain actions within Access Manager.
