分情况考虑：

如果您是以docker的形式运行，那么请确认docker容器内具有中文字体，具体办法：http://www.liumapp.com/articles/2018/06/05/1528179707247.html；
如果不是基于docker运行，那么需要确认您运行的jre是否具有中文字体
