Include BEAM docs in release, strip_beams as false or keep Docs

I tried rel/bin/app remote and thought if strip_beams was set to false or keep: ["Docs"] it would make the IEx that comes along with the LB distribution a very usable compliment (having docs).

I am not sure if this is worth the added size to the release. You are always welcome to craft your own release from source though.

The same applies, in Docker we use Elixir from docker, which has docs. For the app we download from hex builds and put in the release.

Oh wait so rel/bin/app remote runs the from-release Elixir, while Livebook runtimes use the full Elixir, right? In that case I don't think there's much value in having the docs in the release Elixir too, yeah.

Is there a full iex that’s accessible, can be run from the shell? My case is macos, but a general question. My objective is to use LB as a single download education tool, and interacting with iex is very desirable. If all the parts are there, not having to download/install erlang/elixir separately.

Try rel/vendor/elixir/bin/iex :)

For completeness PATH=vendor/otp/bin:$PATH ./vendor/elixir/bin/iex because if there is another erl or no erl in your path you'll have some problems.
