❓ General Questions

I would like to follow the Web (TODO) in the "read me", it is just indicated "flask run".

I looked for a solution, and it's not easy to find :-)

Can you give more details ?
Do we need to run this command in a specific folder ? If yes which one ?
What do we need to do ?
