Seen quite often in content now after following some new feeds.

Should try to display them properly.

Yeah, for example the feed from lobste.rs have done a good job escaping their outputs. Easy enough and safe to undo as html/template will auto-escape it again.

But I've seen https://hnrss.org/best?link=comments&comments=25&points=50 as a feed URL but am not sure how to handle this. Some random web sources claims html entities in URLs are valid? Need more data and better sources.
