I admit loading-bar looks awesome and I'll give it a whir shortly. But I am a great fan of content delivery networks (CDNs) offering better UX (user experience) as a librarie grows in popularity and is used across many sites. Mainly because when it comes off a popular CDN like Cloudflare there's a good chance a copy is already cached from another site.
But they are a tad shortstaffed in responding to them (understandably, for an awesome free service we can't really stomp up and down insisting on prompt action). On which front I don't expect it here either. But I did want to a) let you know and b) let you know you can PR an add to their CND it seems:

Before any progress there perhaps for a quick solution we can also do this with jsdelivr since there is no criteria for being added by jsdelivr; e.g., in our another library loading.css we have
I'll have to setup the tag and give it a try before this can work; there is an undergoing revision of loading-bar so I think I'll do this when we are ready to publish it. :)
